How does PREVIAJE work to travel to Ushuaia and El Calafate?
For each purchase you make, you will receive 50% of what you have spent as a credit to make more purchases in the tourism sector from the date of your trip.
What does Previaje apply to in Ushuaia, El Calafate and El Chaltén?
All purchases made from tourist providers registered in the Program, from its launch until December 31, 2020, to be used within Argentina from November 2021 and throughout 2022.

How do I get the credit?
For each purchase you make in the tourism sector (packages, tickets, accommodation) you will get an invoice (the invoice must be in the name of the person to whom the credit will be granted later) that you will have to upload in this link . Then you will be notified of the accreditation. Once confirmed, they will give you the credit through the BNA + electronic wallet application to use on your cell phone, and / or receive a plastic card preloaded with the credit.
Are they enrolled in the program?
Tolkeyen Patagonia Turismo is an officially registered company in the program and by buying directly with us you can obtain the benefits.
What kind of proof can I submit?
Invoice B or C issued with CAE or CAEA, cabotage air ticket and / or ticket or passage in case of national long-distance land transportation.
Since when can credit be used?
The credit granted will be available from the date of your trip / s or the provision of the service.
How much do you have to spend?
The minimum amount per person is $ 10,000 in agencies to be able to request the credit. The minimum per invoice is $ 1000. The withdrawal limit is $ 100,000. You can upload multiple invoices totaling $ 10,000 or more, but no invoice can be less than $ 1,000. The reimbursement cap is $ 100,000 per person over 18 years of age. Advance purchases in travel agencies, accommodation, cabotage air transport and land will generate up to $ 100,000 in profit. The rest of the items (such as spas or car rentals) generate credit for up to $ 5,000. There is no maximum limit per family.

Can I use the credit for online purchases?
Yes, you can use the prepaid card for web purchases.
If I pay in 12 installments, do I get the same credit?
You can make purchases in installments. For credit purposes, the amount indicated on the invoice will be recognized.
Do businesses / providers have to have a posnet to be able to use the credit from my BNA + Electronic Wallet or Preloaded Card?
Yes, they must accept Mastercard cards and / or charge via QR code for the BNA + Electronic Wallet.
How and where can I view the movements of the BNA + card and / or Electronic Wallet?
All movements can be viewed through the BNA + app.
What about the credit you don’t use?
You will be able to spend it in the tourism sector of your city or anywhere in the country. For example, you can use it in gastronomy.
What happens to the BNA + Electronic Wallet and the credit when Previaje ends?
After 12/31/2022, unused credit will expire. However, you can continue to use the BNA + Electronic Wallet.
If I have already used the benefit, can I reuse the card?
Yes, the credit will be granted to you on the same card.
On what dates can I make purchases and upload receipts?
For trips in November 2021:
