Navigation through the Beagle Channel
Ushuaia is perhaps the only place in the world where one can be skiing in the morning and in the afternoon, just 20 minutes away, visiting colonies of sea lions and southern birds. There are different service providers that carry out the navigations to Isla de los Lobos Marinos, Isla de los Pájaros and Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse with options of walking in Bridges Islands or in “H” Island with an approximate duration of 2 and a half hours by catamaran or 4 hours by sailboat, also from October to April there are navigations to the Isla Martillo penguin colony that last approximately 6 hours.
