From here the total duration of the activity (crossing + walking) is 2 hours.

Degree of difficulty

It is a requirement to be in good physical condition since the crossing requires boarding on a catamaran, descent on Isla Redonda, ascent by stairs and trails of moderate difficulty.

Dress

Meeting 10.30 am Puerto Arias (Lapataia Bay) or boarding at the port of Ushuaia. Notice must be given of which option is chosen.
Duration of the crossing from Pto Arias per section: 15/20minutes
It is important to have a coat (waterproof jacket, hat, gloves) and suitable footwear since the island has trails that require trekking shoes.
